New Business Manager for our Stockholm office

We are located in several places around Sweden. For our expansive Stockholm office, we are now looking for a new colleague in the form of a Business Manager with a focus on new customer sales.

Arbetsuppgifter:

  • Identifiera och ta in nya kunder, främst inom bank, finans och försäkring.
  • Sköta kontakt med konsulter och partners för att hjälpa dessa hitta uppdrag.
  • Göra urval av konsulter och presentera dessa för kunder.
  • Förhandla om avtalsfrågor som exempelvis arvoden och priser.
  • Samarbeta nära dina kollegor i Stockholm men också runtom i landet.

 

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in new client sales in the staffing or consulting industry.
  • Experience in appointing consultants or conducting recruitments in IT.
  • Relevant college or university degree in, for example, economics, HR or systems science.
  • Experience working with clients in banking, finance and insurance.
  • Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English.

  • Ability to organize your work, prioritize correctly and plan your time.
