Jeanette Rumenius becomes new President and CEO at A Society

Jeanette Rumenius takes over as CEO of A Society – a new-age tech consulting company that, with flexible teams and a network of specialists, provides customers such as Saab, Handelsbanken and Scania with innovative premium solutions. A Society currently has a turnover of approximately SEK 2 billion and is present in Europe, the USA, Canada and India.

Jeanette has held the role of Vice President in the group in recent years, and led the Nordic operations. During her 7 years in the company, Jeanette has shown clear results in both sales and margins, and has successfully driven customer dialogues and built the company’s broad network of tech experts.

Former CEO Per-Ola Malm will now take on an overall role with responsibility for the continued Defence investment for several companies within the Danir Group, such as Pion Group, Nexer and A Society. Per-Ola will also continue in the company as an advisor and strategic support.

Jeanette Rumenius has extensive experience from Sigma and previously from eWork Group and SEB. She was previously CEO of Sigma Society, which, together with Assistera, formed A Society 5 years ago. Jeanette holds a master’s degree in economics and computer and systems science from Stockholm University. She has a strong focus on both technology and business, and is a clear ambassador for A Society’s values ​​and culture. This makes her well-suited to take on the upcoming growth period in the company’s development.
